About Us urbanbike.co.uk are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us using the link on the store page.
We hold vast stocks of all the latest accessories for all the leading UK brand names, if its not listed please yell and we will try to source.
All the components listed are where possible tried and tested on our own toys before we release them for sale.
Original Parts
We can supply Original Rieju Parts, panels, plastics and service items. Please advise which model bike you have and where available we will email full parts list and accessory list.
For racing spares urbanbike.co.uk provides no warranties whatsoever with regard to performance, safety, fit, length of service. Any returns should be as new in original packaging and with prior approval. The customer pays any return postage costs. Mechanical components should always be fitted by a competent mechanic. While we will always try and assist to our best ability we do not offer technical fitting advice.
Its a two way thing - we also value your feedback to improve our service, products and source demanded products of the future !

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card, debit card and paypal payments. You may send your card information via phone, mail or by our secure checkout system over the Internet, or you can post payments by Bank Draft, Cheque or postal order payable to Urbanquad.com. NB we only accept Bank Drafts, Cheques or postal orders in £ sterling.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES - We operate a strict security check procedure, to ensure your credit card details are being used by only you. This may occasionally delay the despatch of your items for any of the following reasons.
Your order is being delivered to an address other than that registered to your credit card.
Your card details are not available for address verification from the Bank (usually cards registered overseas)
Your card details have failed the address verification from the Bank.
The security number on the reverse of the card has been entered incorrectly.
The order is for delivery overseas.
Higher value orders are more likely to be checked more thoroughly.
In the event of your order being held for any of the reasons above, one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends) by phone or email.
You may then be asked to fax us confirmation of you details, change the delivery address, confirm by post your billing address or use different card details.
We cannnot be held responsible for any delay on your goods and the order will not be considered confirmed until you have verified your details with us. Next Day orders will be sent on a Next Day service only when your details have been checked and confirmed |
Shipping And Handling Shipping & Transport
On every sale/auction we detail the cost of shipping the item to you, goods are normally shipped to you by either: Royal Mail or parcel force. Once payment has been received, most items ship within 3-7 business days and will take 3-7 business days to deliver from date of despatch. Please allow 7 working days before chasing non-delivered goods.
The shipping costs are not negotiable; if you are not happy to pay the shipping cost of the item, please do not buy/bid for the item.

DELIVERY CHARGES - Our delivery charges vary from product to product as they are generally supplied direct from a number of different manufacturers and vary substantially in size & weight.
You can always find the delivery charge for the items you intend to order within the shopping basket (accessed by clicking the CHECKOUT button) before you finalise the order and process payment. You must selected the appropriate delivery service. 'Standard Delivery' is mainland UK only.
NB Extra charges will apply for over seas orders and non mainland UK, please contact us if you would like a quote for delivery. This includes N.Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and anywhere separated from Mainland UK.

Delivery Schedule Once payment has been received, We aim to despatch all orders within 3-7 business days and shipment via parcel force normally takes between 3-7 business days. Please allow at least 14 working days before chasing non-delivered goods.
When you have selected standard parcel force please allow at least 10 days before chasing. If we cannot complete your order within a reasonable time period we will contact you immediately and advise options |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock and available for despatch with 3 - 7 working days, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

When the item arrives with us we will refund to your card for the item and delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us (up to £7.95) You must include a receipt for the return postage. Alternatively you can choose to have a replacement item (if available). We will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement and contact you if the claim is in doubt. Where goods are not deemed defective at time of manufacture then we will not cover cost of return postage and any refund maybe liable to a deduction for wear and tear should the products be used and/or not in original packaging.
