Delivery Information






Standard Delivery

Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class or DPD depending on the weight & size & value of the order. 

Monday to Friday orders are usually dispatched the same day (does not apply to special order items) if the order is received before 2pm. 

 



Next Working Day Delivery

Next Working Day Delivery is available for UK mainland customers only. It is only
available for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Please bear in mind that it is the courier who guarantees the next working day delivery. Next Working

We will dispatch the goods on time but we cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
If the goods do not arrive on time, please contact us using the Live Chat function or through our Contact Us page.

A signature is required on delivery. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.



Saturday Delivery

Saturday Delivery is available for UK mainland customers only.

It is only available for orders placed before 2pm on Friday. There is an extra charge for Saturday deliveries depending on the weight & size of the order.




Non Delivery of Goods

If you have not received your goods within the above specified times, please inform us and we will do our best to track the item and get it delivered to you.

In the rare event of the courier losing the item completely, please allow 14 days for us to compensate you as the courier demands 14 days before we can claim.
 

Please report items damaged in transit immediately. Claims to our carriers cannot be made after 10 days and no refund will be given if reported more than 10 days after you have received the goods. If your order does not arrive on time, please inform us immediately so that we can trace your order and get it to you as fast as possible. If the item is lost in transit, we will resend the item or refund you as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
